Hello my name is Charlotte and I would like to welcome you to Attract, Personal Training and Wellness Coaching.
I have worked within the wellness industry for 9 years now as a Personal Trainer and in 2020 qualified as an ICF certified Wellness Coach.
I have worked with many clients over the years, initially in Health Clubs such as David Lloyd & Virgin Active until I decided to set up my own private studio space in November 2017. Setting up my own space allowed me to give clients an exclusive space for Personal Training.
My purpose and passion is to enable people to see and reach their potential, with the goals they desire to achieve.

Coaching for Wellness emphasises taking an holistic approach, looking at the person as a whole. Taking a whole person approach we focus on the four cornerstones of wellness, Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual health.
During Wellness Coaching we focus on different areas of a persons wellbeing, more so the areas the individual is not feeling fulfilled.
